Huawei Australia will be offering undergraduates studying a technology/science related discipline the opportunity to participate in its award winning 2 week, residential Seeds for the Future China Experience program once international travel restrictions have been lifted. Successful Seeds for the Future Sky participants may be considered for participation in this program.
Seeds for the Future: China Experience is a global initiative which has been successfully operating since 2008, has been implemented in 126 countries worldwide and over 5,773 students have participated in the program.
Since 2013, Huawei Australia has provided over 100 Australian undergraduates from 23 universities with the opportunity to learn about China and to experience Huawei’s dynamic global business – an invaluable addition to any CV when looking for a job after graduation.
China Experience: Seeds for the Future is a 2 week immersive program based in China. Participants spend an initial period in Beijing gaining Mandarin language training and learning more about Chinese culture at the Beijing Language and Cultural University; one of the best universities in Beijing. While there the group will also visit The Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and the Great Wall of China. Students are then flown to Huawei’s Headquarters in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, where they learn about Huawei international business culture and values and spend time learning about Huawei’s products and solutions.
